This section contains a series of Strand7 worked examples or semi-technical explanations about finite element modelling with Strand7. The examples are designed to explain the use of Strand7 in typical situations and consist mostly of simple models. Most of the web notes are included as a result of a Strand7 user's support request. We are always looking to add relevant problems to this section, so if there is something you would like to see here, please let us know.
Many of the web notes are accompanied by a zip containing the relevant Strand7 models. You can download these and run then in Strand7. |
