Strand7 Service and Support

Strand7 is supported directly by the group of engineers who actually writes the software, and by a network of qualified and authorised representatives worldwide. The group's experience covers civil, structural, mechanical and aeronautical engineering disciplines, and extensive knowledge of finite element theory, development and usage. Technical support provided includes:

  1. Hot Line Service. Telephone, facsimile and email support at any time during normal business hours regarding any problems that may be experienced whilst using Strand7. These problems can include:

    • Installation Assistance
    • Operational Assistance
    • Modelling Assistance
    • Theoretical Assistance
    • Hardware Recommendations
    • Operating System Assistance

  2. Model Check Service. For situations where problems cannot be resolved over the phone, supported users can send copies of models to Strand7 Support for further investigation.
