Import ANSYS File: Constraint Equations

Description

ANSYS uses CP to define or modify coupled degrees of freedom sets of selected nodes according to the nodal coordinate systems. Strand7 assigns the coupled degree of freedom sets as multi-point links.

ANSYS uses CE to define a constraint equation between selected nodes. Strand7 assigns the constraint equations as multi-point links.

ANSYS uses CERIG to define a rigid region between selected nodes. Strand7 assigns the rigid regions as multi-point links.

ANSYS uses CYCLIC to define cyclic symmetry conditions for a cyclic symmetry analysis. Strand7 assigns the cyclic symmetry node pairs as sector symmetry links
