Attributes may be scaled for all or only selected entities.
Dialog
Load Cases / Attribute List
Load cases and attributes considered for scaling.
Selected attributes are only scaled if their corresponding load cases are also selected.
Scale
The entities to be scaled.
-
All Entities
Attributes are scaled for all entities in the model.
-
Selected Visible Entities
Attributes are scaled only for selected entities that are visible in the model window.
Node Temperature
Method used to scale nodal temperatures.
-
Scale T
Scales the absolute value of temperature.
-
Scale (T - Tref)
Scales the difference between the absolute and reference temperature values.
The scaled temperature is equal to Tref + S × (T - Tref), where S is the scaling factor.
Heat Transfer
-
Scale Coefficient
If set, convection and radiation coefficient attributes are scaled.
-
Scale Ambient Temperature
If set, convection and radiation ambient temperature attributes are scaled.
Scaling Factor
Factor used to scale selected attributes.
May be positive, negative or zero.
