ST7-R3.20.40.8 Strand7 Soil Models
Strand7 offers five soil material models for 2D plane strain, axisymmetric and 3D analysis. All of these soil models consider the effects of fluid content, void ratio, and in-situ stress. Drucker-Prager and Mohr-Coulomb soils are elastic-plastic material models, while Duncan-Chang and Modified Cam-Clay soils consider additional effects such as the unloading/reloading modulus being different from the initial modulus due to hardening effects.
