Automotive exhaust systems play a large role in the comfort of a vehicle. The example geometry is based on a typical mid-size car exhaust system fitted to a V8 engine. It has two symmetric, centrally linked exhaust pipes. Each has a catalytic converter, a resonator and a muffler.
