Mesh Tools: Repair Tri3 Mesh

Description

Removes Tri3 sliver and slit elements with internal angles less than or equal to the specified value.

This tool is typically used to improve triangular surface meshes imported from Stereolithography (STL) files for tetrahedral solid automeshing.
